By submitting an entry in the giveaway/sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the author, Ally Parker, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The giveaway is open to all humans age 18 or older at time of entry. Residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win. Any sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this giveaway/sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. giveaway/sweepstakes governed by law. Giveaways/sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the giveaway/sweepstakes, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. You can gain an additional entry by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen (if applicable to the giveaway/sweepstakes). All entries must be received prior to giveaway/sweepstakes ending period stated on the giveaway/sweepstakes page. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Ally Parker's privacy policy.

PRIZES APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
Maximum approximate value of all prizes: $45.00. Prize includes: One (1) $25.00AUD Amazon egiftcard, One (1) $15.00AUD egiftcard, One (1) $5.00AUD Amazon egiftcard. All egiftcards will be in AUD. Depending on the winner's country the prize value may differ into the winner's country's currency *subject to varying conversion rates*. If winner is unable to receive prize or fails to contact Ally Parker one (1) month from notification of winning, then the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with the giveaway rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor.

TERMS
Ally Parker reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway/sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway/sweepstakes. In such case, Ally Parker may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Ally Parker. Ally Parker reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway/sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Ally Parker has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by giveaway/sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
By participating in the giveaway/sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Ally Parker and Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway/sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the giveaway/sweepstakes. Ally Parker or Sponsors reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any giveaway/sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules and cancel the giveaway/sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN individual, whether or not an ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, destroy, tamper or vandalize this WEB SITE OR interfere with the OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS and ALLY PARKER OR SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES and diligently pursue all remedies against ANY SUCH individual TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners of the giveaway/sweepstakes will be selected at random from all eligible entrants. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the giveaway/sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Ally Parker shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
If a winner is otherwise eligible under these rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute affidavit on minor’s behalf. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash and non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name, prize won, and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per household. Cash value of the prize cannot be redeemed.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this giveaway/sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY/SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Ally Parker and any Sponsor. By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Ally Parker and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the giveaway/sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Winner acknowledges that Ally Parker or possible Sponsors and all other businesses concerned with this giveaway/sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, damage to prize during transit, loss of prize during transit, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize.

DISPUTES
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF AUSTRALIA AND QUEENSLAND, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this giveaway/sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway/sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in QUEENSLAND having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this giveaway/sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void.
